From multiple AI answers to a presentation

Different answers become more useful when your team can act on them. Colay’s Consensus mode asks participating agents to contribute, synthesizes a conclusion and requests an HTML presentation based on it. Use this workflow to prepare a first version for review.

The case: a decision brief for your team

Suppose your team is choosing how to launch a product. One AI answer may frame the market, another may identify risks, and another may suggest execution steps. The presentation should explain a decision and its evidence, rather than paste every answer into a long document.

Give the agents the same audience, goal, constraints and source material. Separate established facts from assumptions. If you have no supporting research, explicitly ask the models to flag missing evidence instead of inventing statistics.

A prompt to adapt

“Evaluate launch approaches for [product] and [audience]. Compare effort, risk and expected value. Use only the supplied facts and label unknowns. Recommend an approach and produce a six-slide HTML presentation: problem, options, comparison, risks, decision and next step. Give each slide one main point.”

Replace the bracketed fields with your brief and use Consensus. Generation time varies with model availability and task size; this workflow does not promise a fixed completion time.

From discussion to slides

  • Choose available agents and send the shared brief.
  • Review the synthesis, including disagreements and assumptions.
  • Open the HTML preview. If the response is plain text, ask for the reviewed conclusion to be formatted as an HTML presentation.
  • Refine slide order, shorten text and put source references near material claims.
  • Use the available PDF or PPTX export after reviewing the preview.

Review before you present

Check names, dates, figures, sources and the reasoning behind the recommendation. Agreement between models is not a fact check. Label illustrative examples when the input data is fictional.

The current PPTX exporter places the rendered HTML on slides as images. Text and charts do not become separately editable PowerPoint objects. To change their content, revise the original output and export again.

Keep the workflow economical

Multiple agents consume credits. Start with a concise brief, review the conclusion, then request the full visual treatment. Model choice and working mode affect credit usage; credits are not a universal count of presentations.
